Cancelling your membership
OHSCORP CAMPUS memberships are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time by contacting admin@ohscorp.co.za or WhatsApp 060 222 4304. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your Statements of Results remain available.
Refunds
A refund, course transfer or account credit may be considered when:
- the request is made within the policy period after payment;
- the course content has not been substantially accessed, downloaded or completed;
- no Statement of Results or certificate has been issued for it.
There are no administration fees for cancellations or transfers. Approved refunds are paid within 3 to 5 business days.
How to request
Email admin@ohscorp.co.za with your name, payment reference and the reason for your request. We acknowledge every request within one business day.
