What we collect and why
- Account and contact details (name, email, mobile number): to create your account, provide your courses and contact you about them.
- Identity number, where a course or certificate needs it: to verify learners and issue certificates correctly.
- Payment references and membership records: to manage your membership and payments.
- Course progress and assessment results: to deliver your courses and issue Statements of Results.
- Messages and enquiries: to answer you.
Supplying your information is voluntary, but without it we cannot register you or provide our services.
Marketing
We send marketing messages only if you opted in, separately from accepting our terms. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing and storage
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help run our services (such as hosting, email and payment partners), when the law requires it, or with your consent. The verification page shows only the minimum information needed to confirm a document.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent, by emailing admin@ohscorp.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa): inforeg.org.za.
