Payment & Delivery Terms

How payments, receipts and the delivery of courses and certificates work.

Prices and currency

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT. OHSCORP (Pty) Ltd is VAT registered. There are no extra fees for any payment method.

Payment methods

• Card or Instant EFT through our secure payment partner, where offered at checkout. Card details are entered on the payment partner's secure page and are never stored by OHSCORP.
• EFT bank transfer, using the payment reference shown in your student portal. Send your proof of payment to admin@ohscorp.co.za or WhatsApp 060 222 4304.

When access starts

• Card and Instant EFT: as soon as the payment is confirmed.
• EFT: once OHSCORP has confirmed that the payment reflects. Access stays pending until then.

Recurring payments

Memberships paid by card or Instant EFT renew monthly by debit order until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; see the membership terms.

Failed payments

If a payment fails or is not received, we let you know. Your access continues for a short grace period and is then paused until the payment is made.

Receipts and invoices

Every confirmed payment has an invoice that you can download from Payments & invoices on the My Membership page in your student portal. Companies enrolling staff can request a quotation and invoice through OHSCORP CORPORATE.

Delivery

• Courses are delivered online in your student portal. Nothing is posted.
• Statements of Results and digital certificates are delivered as downloads in your account.
• Printed certificates are sent by courier to the address you give. The courier cost depends on the destination and is confirmed by OHSCORP before dispatch.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the cancellation and refund policy. Approved refunds are paid within 3 to 5 business days.
