Information we collect
- Your name, email address, mobile number and, where needed for certificates or learner verification, your ID or passport number.
- Membership, payment reference and course progress records.
- Messages you send us through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
Why we use it
- To create and manage your OHSCORP CAMPUS account and membership.
- To give you access to your courses, record your progress and issue Statements of Results and certificates.
- To confirm payments and respond to your questions.
- To send you marketing messages, only if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our services (such as payment processors and hosting providers), when the law requires it, or with your consent. Certificate verification shows only the minimum information needed to confirm a document is genuine.
Keeping it safe
Accounts are protected by passwords, and access to learner records is limited to authorised OHSCORP staff.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its use, by emailing admin@ohscorp.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
