Membership Terms

These terms apply to OHSCORP CAMPUS memberships, together with the terms and conditions, the payment and delivery terms and the cancellation and refund policy.

Eligibility

• Members must be 16 or older and able to read and write English.
• A membership is for one person. Login details may not be shared, and course material may not be copied, shared or resold.

What a membership includes

• Each membership gives access to the published courses in the college sectors listed for it on the Memberships page, for as long as the membership is active.
• Courses are added and updated over time. OHSCORP may change, replace or withdraw individual courses.

Fees

• Membership prices are monthly and include VAT. A once-off joining fee is charged with the first month of a learner's first membership.
• Promotions and voucher codes apply on the terms stated with them, within their dates, and only one applies to a membership.
• OHSCORP may change membership prices. Members are told before a new price applies to them.

Start, renewal and payment

• A membership starts when the first payment is confirmed. Each paid month gives access for one calendar month.
• Card and Instant EFT memberships renew automatically each month by debit order until cancelled. EFT memberships are renewed by paying before the paid period ends.
• If a payment is not received, access continues for a short grace period and is then paused until payment is made.

Changes and cancellation

• Members can change to a different membership by contacting OHSCORP.
• Members can cancel at any time on the My Membership page or by contacting OHSCORP. The membership does not renew, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
• When a membership ends, course access ends. Statements of Results and certificates remain available in the member's account.

Early access

OHSCORP may open memberships to its alumni before the public launch date. Early access is at OHSCORP's discretion.

Suspension

OHSCORP may suspend or end a membership where these terms or the assessment rules are broken, for example through account sharing or dishonest assessments.
