What you receive when you complete a course, and how others can confirm it is genuine.
Statement of Results
When you pass a course's final assessment, OHSCORP issues a Statement of Results in your account at no extra cost. It shows your name, the course, your result, the date and a unique number with a QR code. Download it from the My Results page at any time.
Certificates
Where a course offers a certificate, you can order it from the My Results page after you pass:
- Digital certificate (PDF), available to download once your payment is confirmed.
- Printed certificate, posted by courier. The courier cost depends on the destination; OHSCORP confirms it before dispatch.
Current prices are shown on the course page and the My Results page. Each certificate has its own unique number and QR code. The recognition wording on a certificate (for example CPD points or SAIOSH verification) applies only where that course offers it.
How employers verify a document
Anyone can check a Statement of Results or certificate on the verification page, by scanning its QR code or entering its number. The page confirms whether the document is valid and shows only the minimum information needed, in line with POPIA.
If something is wrong
If a name or detail on your document is incorrect, email admin@ohscorp.co.za with the document number before you share it.
